Our Office is Temporarily Closed to the Public, We’ll Continue to Work Remotely
Even though our physical office is temporarily closed, it’s business as usual at ACT360. Well, maybe not quite “as usual” but we are continuing to work remotely. As an IT company, we’re fortunate to be on the cutting edge of technology. That means we’re always ready to make a seamless transition between working in the office and working remotely.
Our end goal is simple: to keep our staff, clients, family and friends safe and healthy during this tough time. And we intend to do it with minimal disruption. We still have access to parts, so if you need us to order anything, we’re happy to help.
If you require onsite assistance, we will first try to help you over the the phone or by Facetime. In those cases, we’ll ask you to be our remote hands as we guide you toward a resolution. If we must be onsite to help, we will schedule a low-risk time and follow strict safety procedures, such as:
- staying at least six feet apart
- no hand shaking, fist bumping or other physical contact
- no sharing or passing objects between each other
- wearing masks and gloves
- sanitizing our gear before every visit
We will continue to keep you updated as things evolve. In the meantime, please contact us as usual by phone or email during regular business hours.
